This is where.......

My senior year of high school, I as at band camp....that baseball backstop is where I was asked to meet a girl in our 'free time'. she propositioned me! WOW!

The shadows cast with the sun setting give a whole different perspective. topping it off with the clouds in the east makes me glad I didn't heed the thunderstorm warnings (not to mention my fatigue from the workday).

I guess its somewhere between 1 mile and 2 miles of winding trails, but don't remember for sure. at any rate I got from the trailhead at spencers butte park to the summit in roughly 20 minutes. I say roughly for two reasons...lol. I started out on a quick jog pace then worked my way down to a slow walk. the trail does get steeper with ascent, but I was pretty burned by the top....guess its time to head back down...not before a few more pics though...
